We work with young people between the ages of 14-21, through our street team and provide them with opportunities to gain skills in leadership, promotion and events management. Those who join the team get first hand experience working on and producing the biggest urban music events. As a social enterprise, we believe in a ‘profit for all’ ethos. As a result, street teamers not only gain great experience and transferable skills, they also have the opportunity to generate an income by selling tickets for the live events.
Street Teamer Says:
Naomi –
‘Bigga Fish has given me experience and life skills that I would have otherwise not had. Whilst joining the street team, I have been able to network with a lot of new people and form friendships with other like-minded young people. I have learnt a lot about the music industry and have also been given various opportunities that helped with my own development.’
Olivia –
‘Once strangers, now family. Bigga Fish is my second home. Forever fishing.’
Dayle –
‘Being a part of Bigga Fish has given me a great opportunity to meet a group of amazing people, who I can now call my family. I’ve had the chance to work in the V.I.P area with artists, which allowed me to see what goes on ‘behind the scenes’. It’s a great experience for young people, so come down and join – make a difference.’
Shaquille –
‘Bigga Fish, where the love gets Bigga.’
Titus –
‘Bigga is a second family that has enriched my social life. Being a part of the street team has enabled me to meet new people who I can relate to.’
